Week15 PartA

 My future strategy that I think best fits well for my type of business is using these platforms; Instagram and Facebook. My tools I would use to implement with my platforms would be a newsletter and the blogs we created for this class. I would tie these into my platforms because it would be easy access for potential consumers to connect to get to know me and my business more personally. They would be able to find out ahead of schedule when I plan on making my next batch of skin care or anything scent wise through my tools. Or they could sign up for my weekly newsletter through the platforms that take them to my blog and use it as a reminder when I already created my weekly products.

From experimenting with different platforms and tools I am a simple person so, I like using Facebook, Instagram, Blogger, and how newsletters work. Even though I am simple I think my business should focus all of our attention and time on on social media marketing. I think this because my business is very small and I do not plan on having a shop for awhile so, it will be easier for me to organize everything online. By doing everything online for awhile it'll help me fill orders for my consumers and find out what the popular products are for my future shop.

 Since the type of business I plan on starting is all about skin and hair care I feel like it is a personal kind of business. I think being personal in this kind of business is very effective because I've been to plenty of skin and hair care shops that are just business which for me made me uninterested in coming back. My Theme

 For the theme, I chose a nature background because I love nature and being outside. When I'm out in nature all my worries go away and I can notice all of the little things nature has to offer. Being outside is my happy place, whenever given the chance I'll be out in the middle of nowhere observing all around me. I also love the color green so, it added a nice touch to my theme.  I don't have any experience using social media as a platform for a business, but in speculation I personally feel like Facebook would be a good start to use as a platform. Facebook is a nice balance to use your personal account as also a business because your friends already know you personally to where they can share your content for others. Then others can see what your business is and also get a glimpse of how you are which is important when starting a business.

Week10 PartA

 I think for my business I would send a weekly newsletter to keep the engagement in tact and with updates about products. The kind of content I would use for business would be weekly reminders for placing orders because everything is produced by hand with fresh ingredients. It would also announce any new products that I am ready to produce as well as our story and how our business works for consumer insight. I think consumers would enjoy being kept updated on when to place orders and new products being produced because I believe it's unique and I say this because I have only seen one other business do this but not as much. So, doing it weekly would attract attention and if it's something that someone is interested in they could look forward to that with updates as well. But of course they can opt out if the weekly updates are too much.
