 Sydney's Apothecary would target young teens with acne or middle age women looking for healthy skin products with anti aging properties in our products. Or even just people with sensitive skin or with skin issues which for me personally I so happen to fall into all of those categories. We not only specialize in skin products but also in hair care products for damaged or dry hair to help bring the hair back to life. To get a better idea of our surroundings we will conduct research of the the area around us to get a sense if in the area there are plenty of young teens to middle age consumers. What we will use for our research tool will be the U.S. Census Bureau and as well as www.business.gov for national data about businesses that are similar to mine. 

Demographically for our target would solely be on gender, age and income, with a age bracket of young teens to middle or later age but even that is a wide bracket. Gender wise would be mainly on females but inclusive to me as well. The income we plan on targeting is middle class because we want to provide all natural solutions to someone's beauty routine but for it to be affordable. For my business I personally feel like the other targets do not apply to what we are trying to accomplish which I've said before is natural beauty products. I feel like marital status, family size, education level, occupation, race and religion have nothing to do with someone wanting to take better care of their hair or skin. 

How my business plans on finding our target market psychographically would be setting up surveys around the area we plan to open a shop in. This is for us to get an idea of how much people care about having naturally derived beauty products that are hand crafted. To also get a better feel of the area we will also conduct our own observations by going into each store to get a feel if the area is formal or informal. We will also include in our surveys if they prefer convenience, a good price, or quality as well as if they prefer face-to-face interaction or an online store. We include this so that way we can get a better understanding of our target market behavioristically.
